Biz Aid Dhaka provides VAT consultancy, registration, return submission, compliance support, and advisory services.
Services are provided based on information and documents supplied by the client.
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
Biz Aid Dhaka will not be responsible for penalties arising from incorrect or delayed information provided by the client.
Service fees will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
Payments must be made within the agreed timeline.
Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Biz Aid Dhaka shall not be liable for penalties, losses, or damages caused by changes in laws, NBR policies, or client misinformation.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid.
All client information and documents will remain strictly confidential.
Confidentiality obligations remain valid even after service termination.
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Any outstanding fees must be settled upon termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
